Volunteer EMS

Roanoke EMS has been around since 1928. We were first known as Roanoke Life Saving and First Aid Crew, established in 1928. A merger in the 1980's with Williamson Road Life Saving and First Aid Crew (established 1939) formed the current Roanoke Emergency Medical Services, an all-volunteer rescue squad.
